Welcome to Seasons of Change Therapy!

"Perhaps this is what this season is all about: trusting in the unknowns, finding gold in the little things, trading fear of what’s uncertain for freedom to thrive within it.”
- Morgan Harper Nichols

A holistic approach to women’s mental health and wellbeing during transitional life phases, from pregnancy to menopause and beyond.

I help women navigate tender and vulnerable change with compassion and curiosity.

What is a ‘season of change’?

A season of change might look a rite of passage: pregnancy, peri-menopause or menopause. Or a developmental stage like the postpartum period or motherhood (“matrescence”). Or it could be a transition brought on by loss, career change, illness, or injury. Seasons of change often include a shift in roles and responsibilities, identity, routine, or hormones.

These are times when we may lose our footing or feel lost. While there can be beauty and magic in change, it can also be overwhelming - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

  • Persistent pain

Why Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapists (OTs) are experts in enabling occupation. Any “occupation” is anything that occupies your time. Things that you need or want to do in your life. We support engagement in your life roles, and we’re especially helpful during times of transition.
